Yesterday I came across my journal from my junior year of high school. It's hard to believe that was 5 years ago, already. I read the journal, and I must say, I want to reach back in time and slap the shit out of myself. Can we say "naive", boys and girls? I knew you could.

I know I am nowhere close to being wise in the ways of the world, but jeez. I seem so painfully young in that journal. I'm glad that we gain wisdom as we get older, but I also am glad that growing up is always optional.
