Mummified chickens. Wow.

Apparently at the beginning of the year, his class did an Egypt unit and they mummified some chickens, complete with canopic jars for the gizzards. They dug them up yesterday to inspect them. He was telling me about this last night.

Makes for an interesting night of sleep, I tell you.
