As I am extremely bored, and I keep writing it down for people anyway, I have another recipe to share. It's popular at potluck dinners. Damn, am I exciting or what?
Cornbread Casserole
1 can creamed corn (do not drain)
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs, beaten
8 oz sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese
Mix ingredients in a greased casserole dish, and bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes.
